He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin B. Stout and Anna F. Stout; his wife Wilma L. Stout; his stepchildren, Timothy Carson, Reverend Gail Carson, Jr. and Melody Burch; his siblings, Sarah Alice Lucente and Richard Stout (Dick); and his siblings-in-law, Betty Stout, Betty Sandy, Judy Ware, Geraldine Godfrey, Margaret Jenkins, Kenneth Jenkins, Herbert Jenkins, William Jenkins, Paul Jenkins, Junior Godfrey and Walt Sandy.
He is survived by: his sons, Harry A. Stout (Donna) of Parsons and Kendall J. Stout (Susie) of Fairmont; his grandchildren, Jacob Stout, Dylan Stout, Cassidy Betcher and Thomas Betcher; his stepson Nathan Carson (Lyne) of New Philadelphia, OH; his stepdaughter-in-law Reverend Elizabeth Carson; and his siblings-in-law, Frank Lucente of Sterling Heights, MI and Shirley Cimino (David) of Fairmont. He is also survived by six step-grandchildren; ten step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Masks are mandatory to be worn for those attending the visitation and graveside service.
Harry asked that memorial contributions be made to the Food Pantry of North View United Methodist Church, 1924 Goff Avenue, Clarksburg, WV 26301.
