She was predeceased by: her parents, Overseer Bertha Koger and William Koger; her husband Malcolm Alfonso Nowlin Sr.; her sisters, Thelma Linear, Mary Turner, Bertha Neely and Lily Bernice Drake; her aunt Julia Hannah; her brothers, Percy James Koger of Philadelphia, Gene Koger of Philadelphia and Herman Koger (Loretta) of Philadelphia; her nieces, Jonalinn Haley, Benita Kelly of Charlotte, N. C. and Darylynn Scales; her nephew Ronald Turner; and her stepsons, Alvin and Kenneth Fitzpatrick.
She is survived by: her son Malcolm Alfonso Nowlin Jr. of Morgantown, WV; her stepdaughter Stephanie Nowlin of Milwaukee, WI; her sisters, Rosalee Koger of Philadelphia and Annie Pearl Sanders of Charlotte, NC; and her brother-in-law Eugene Drake of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
