It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geraldine Curio Hall (Fairmont, West Virginia), who passed away on September 18, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel F. Curio and Ethel P. Estep Curio of Watson; and her husband George W. Hall. She is survived by: her siblings, Katherine Curio, Susan Curio Gerkin (Marion), Josephine Curio Edwards (Harley), Virginia Curio Furbee (Jack), Betty J. Curio Hall (Charles), Wanda Brooks (Dale), Joseph Miller (Kate), William "Billy" Curio (Nellie) and Gerald Curio; her son-in-law Mark Ainsworth; her children, Gerald W. Hall and Gloria Jean "Jeanne" Hall Ainsworth of Morgantown, WV.; her granddaughters, Melissa Jo Hall Hillberry (Jamie) of Shinnston, Melanie Joy Hall Gregory (Edward "EJ" Gregory) of Shinnston and Katie Jean Ainsworth of Morgantown, WV.; her great grandchildren, Alyssa J. Hall of Shinnston, Tyler Postle of Shinnston, Seth Hillbery of Shinnston, Gunner Gregory of Shinnston and Wyatt Gregory of Shinnston; her great great grandchild Asher Hall of Shinnston; her daughter-in-law Marilyn R. Carothers of Shinnston; her sisters-in-law, Katherine Hall of Barrackville, WV and Carolyn Hall (Harry C. J. "Billy"); her friend Vicky Nunez Fluharty; her granddaughter Melissa J Hillberry; her son Baseball; and her granddaughter Play Softball.
The funeral service will follow at the funeral home on Sunday at 6:00 p. m. Due to COVID-19 precautions, the family asks that only close family and friends attend the visitation and service and adhere to guidelines regarding face coverings and social distancing.
