He is survived by: his wife Janice Gallup Higinbotham; his daughter Michaela Mellichamp; his son-in-law Doug of Valencia, Spain; his daughter Carder Higinbotham (Louisianna) of New Orleans; his brother John; and his sister-in-law Jeanne Marie Higinbotham.
