He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Pete Mullenax and Margaret Marie Sabo Mullenax; and his wife Mary Mullenax. He is survived by: his children, George Mullenax, Jr. and Patricia Mullenax (Joel Rowe); his grandson Terry Rucker of Monongah, WV; and his siblings, Kelly Mullenax (Judy) of Lorain, OH, Eloise Sigley of Rivesville, WV, Patty Gorbey of Lorain, OH and Ruth Collier of Michigan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
