He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond C. Rowan and Edith Rowan; and his sister Evelyn Lee Masters. He is survived by: his wife Blanche; and his children, David Vincent (Sharon), Ted Vincent (Vicky), Bridget Vincent and Beth Bilotta (Frank). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
