He is survived by: his siblings, Judy Starn of Fairmont, Woodrow Starn (Mary) of Rivesville and Robert Starn (Merry) of Catawba; his mother-in-law Maxine Stoller of Fairmont; his sister Lois; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Rowan of Fairmont, Phyllis Stoller of Fairmont, Karen Starn of Fort Wayne, Eloise Starn of West Lafayette, Loretta Starn of Jordan, Brenda Starn of Fairmont and Arthur M. Stoller of Wilsonburg. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
