It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Sherman Myers of Fairmont, West Virginia, who passed away on August 20, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Sherman and Goldie Jean Myers; and his son Eddy. He is survived by: his wife Dina Jan Myers; his son Preston Tracy Myers; his daughter-in-law Sharon Lynn Myers; his grandchildren, Kelsie, Autumn and Shadon; his great grandchild Vincent Ganon Sauro; his siblings, Larry (Rickie Myers) and Sherry (Bob Colanero); his nieces, Michelle (Bill), Missy (Scott), Marcy (Mike) and Mindy (Shawn); his brother-in-law Harrison Tracy Thompson (Kim); his children, Blake, Megan, Brooks and Mary Katherine; and his cousin Virginia.
Due to COVID-19 concerns, the services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Monongah Baptist Church, 256 Lyndon Avenue, Monongah, WV 26554.
