He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence J. Fisher and Rose Marie Johnson Fisher; his wife Helen Marie Paugh Fisher; and his brothers, Clarence J. Fisher, Jr., Jack R. Fisher and Melvin Fisher.
He is survived by: his brother Bill Fisher of Pleasant Valley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
