He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Rizzo and Filomena Rizzo; and his siblings, Rose Rizzo, Mary Costabile, Filomena Sellers, Sam Rizzo, Anthony Rizzo and Johnnie Rizzo.

He is survived by: his wife Velma Rizzo; his daughters, Mary Ann Starkey (Lawrence) of Fairmont and Donna Wilson of Fairmont; his grandchildren, Anthony Starkey, Anna Starkey (Joey Potesta), Michelle Peasak (Timothy) and Franklin Wilson; and his sister Sarah Iaquinto.

The family requests memorial contributions be made in Frank's memory to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 329 Maryland Ave., Fairmont, WV 26554.
