He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Carlus and Bernice Groves DeVall of Virginia; and his brothers, Robert Llwellyn DeVall and Roger Lee DeVall. He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara June Richards of Albright, Jacquelene Rose Richards of Morgantown and Pamela Sherren (Richard) of Pataskala, OH. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews, and several cousins, great nieces and great nephews.
