With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Lavon Stuart (Fairmont, West Virginia), born in Harrisville, West Virginia, who passed away on October 4, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Freeman Collins and Ethel Collins; her husband Arthur Edward Stuart; and her sisters, Jeanette Collins, Dorothy Collins Stansberry and Anita Jo Collins Mazzocco.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Neil Stuart (Kathy) of Huntersville, NC, Jo Lynn Mitchell (Brad) of Franklin, Robert Freeman Stuart (Tina) of Fairmont, Susan Kay Martin (Brian) of Fairmont, Arthur Edward Stuart II (Connie) of Waverly, VA. and Evelyn; her sister Carol Sue Jones (Raymond) of Parkersburg; her grandchildren, Whitney Stuart Rodgers (Zack), Lauren Stuart, Ross Stuart, Sarah Mitchell, Alisha Mitchell Linehan (Blake), Kristen Mitchell Barnett (Steven), Rachel Mitchell, Lindsay Stuart Wiles (Stephen), Landon Stuart (Cassidy), Laryn Stuart Metzler (Rob), Logan Martin (Michaela), Tyler Martin (Samantha), Jordan Martin (Gina), Adam Stuart (Heather), Andrew Stuart and Melissa Stuart Hockaday (Justin); and her great grandchildren, McKenna, Lachlan Wiles, Mason, Easton Stuart, Gracyn Metzler, Krue, Nora Ann Martin, Griffin, Stone, Barrett Martin, Jaxon, Sophia and Emily Hockaday. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
