She was predeceased by: her parents, Pasquale D'Onofrio and Rosina D'Onofrio; her husband Mario Manzo; and her sisters, Addolorata Germano and Gina Morsella.
She is survived by: her children, Rosa Anna Gallucci (John) of Fairmont and Ermano Manzo (Joanne) of Loveland, OH; her grandchildren, John Aaron Gallucci (Tina) of Fuquay-Varina, NC, Audra Moore (Chris) of Fairmont, Isabella Manzo of Louisville, KY and Justin Manzo of Loveland, OH; her great grandchildren, Gabriella, Vivianna Gallucci, Riley and Avery Moore; and her caregiver Toni Iaquinta. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in Eudizia's name to Immaculate Conception Church, 406 Alta Vista Avenue, Fairmont, WV, 26554.
