He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Lewis and Laura A. Brady Lewis Falls; his former wife Lorraine J. Durrett Lewis; his brothers, Darris Lewis, Edward Lewis and Michael Lewis; and his grandson Jason Prince.
He is survived by: his wife Karen S. Harvey Hamilton Lewis; his sons, Billy E. Prince (Mary Ann), Rex L. Lewis (Kathy), Jimmy D. Lewis (Patricia) and Donnie R. Lewis; his stepson Joe Hamilton; his daughters, Loucille Kellogg (Fred), Mary J. Rogers and Laura D. Lewis; his stepdaughters, Becky Lower (Larry), Jody Dolly (Bill) and Beverly Martin (George); and his siblings, Bruce Lewis and Betty McIntire. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and sixteen great grandchildren.
