She was predeceased by: her brothers, Walter Dwain and Albert Polansky; and her mother Martha Polansky. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her daughter Tanya Headley of Morgantown; and her sisters, Nancy Stover of Fairmont and Patsy Jones (Fred) of Blacksville. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
The family asks that any donations be made to Pleasant Acres Christian Haven in Fairmont (a cause close to her heart) instead of flowers.
