It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elisa Jacques Huggins (Fairmont, West Virginia), who passed away on August 3, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sesario Jacques and Flora Martinez Jacques; her husband Herbert "Jake" Huggins; and her siblings, Mary Agnes Jacques, Connie Richards, Juanita Jacques Wilson, Fernando "Fred" Jacques, Ellsworth Jacques and Sesario Jacques, Jr..
She is survived by: her sisters, Maria Jacques Garcia of Fairmont, Helen J. Simmons of Grafton, Amelia and Fluharty of Oviedo; her niece Ramona Anderson Warner; and her brothers-in-law, Edward Garcia, Mack H. Wilson, Donald Richards, Benny Martinez, Robert Rowe and Kenneth Clyde Simmons. She is also survived by her god child, as well as several other nieces and nephews.
