He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his son Richard Neese (Rhonda) of Albuquerque, NM; his stepdaughters, Brenda Newbrough (Sam) of Bingamon and Amanda Whiteman (Gary) of Shinnston; his sister Naomi Neely; his brothers-in-law, Jim Swiger (Dolly), Harley Swiger and P. Z. Swiger (Judy); his grandchildren, Lindsay, Cole Neese, Zachary Newbrough (Haley), Cruz Parrish and Elaina Whiteman; and his friends, Eddie and Marion Cheslock.
