He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Holley Hoy; his children, Edward Hoy Jr. (Dara Britton), Beverly Smith (Brian) and Beth Tucker (Pat); his granddaughters, Breanna Exline of Flemington, WV, Jenna Stinson (Cody) of Buckhannon, WV, Haley Gallo (Joseph) of Fairmont, WV and Hattie Tucker (J. R. DeFazio); his great grandchild Macie Stinson; and his siblings, Ronald Hoy (Debbie) of Fairmont, WV, Terry Crouso of Fairmont, WV, Alma Parrish (Tom) of Fairmont, WV, Judy Slepsky (John) of Port Charlotte, FL and Mary Lou Hill of Texas.
