She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Estil Blevins and Ruth Lettie Belcher Blevins; her husband Huel Dean Turkett; and her sisters, Bobbie Nunley and Linda Easham.
She is survived by: her daughter Holly Turkett; her son-in-law Tony Michalski of Fairmont, WV; her grandchildren, Anthony Michalski and Sydney Michalski; and her brothers, James Blevins, Calvin Blevins, Tim Blevins and George Blevins. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
