He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Lucas and Lenore Lucas (Robinson); his significant other Phyllis Webster; his siblings, Bertha Mae Goff, Wilma Pearl Holcomb, Mary Louise Feathers, Wanda Jean Shoup, Linda Sue Jordan, Dorsey Eugene Lucas and Robert Lee Lucas; and his grandson Jeramy Cosner.
He is survived by: his siblings, Larry Lucas of Clarksburg, WV and Janice Cecil of Ohio; his daughter Robin Cosner; his stepdaughter Missy Woods of Ohio; his grandchildren, Haley Cosner and Cadence Cosner; and his great grandchildren, Kloey Cosner and Lyric Mitchell.
