He is survived by: his parent Davinna Jean Keener Stoops; his wife Linda Jane Kisner Stoops; his aunts, Janet Smith of Wheeling and Betty Keener of Fairmont; his brother-in-law John Kisner (Patty) of Taylor County; his cousins, Greg Keener (Donna) of Constantia, NY and Allan Keener (Lou Ann) of Fairmont; and his close friends, Butch Kisner, Patty Thompson and Brian Toothman. He is also survived by numerous cousins and several nieces and nephews.
