We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2023, at the age of 84, David Lycurgas Offutt Sr. of Fairmont, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Roscoe Offutt; his close friend Eleanor McQuain; and his siblings, Carolyn, Theodore "Teddy", Charles "Tom" and James "Jimmy".
He is survived by: his sons, David Offutt Jr. and Mark Offutt; and his siblings, Ronnie, Connie, Candy, Sharon "Susie" and Patrick. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
