He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitchell K. Nickolich and Virginia L. Nickolich; and his siblings, Edward, Franz, Robert Nickolich, Stella Ocheltree and Nancy Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Mary H. Nickolich (Adams); and his children, Cindy Nickolich Blake (Jamie Blake), Chet Nickolich (Clovis "Coke" Townsend) and Cherie Nickolich Atha (Mike Atha). He is also survived by five grandchildren, and several nieces & nephews.
