It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Lee Kelly of Fairmont, West Virginia, born in Quantico, Virginia, who passed away on January 19, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Chuck" Kelly and Lessie Ann McNece Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Kelly; his children, David "DJ" Kelly (Jodi) and Misty Osborne; his stepchildren, Ti Ramey, Kerryjo, Anthony Ramey, Melody Morgan, Tingle, Pat Cook, John Jacobin and John Francis Lang; his grandchildren, Tanner Kelly, Cameron Kelly, Hunter Osborne, Tyler Osborne, Dylan Osborne, Allison Schmidt, Nathan Schmidt, Hayla Ramey, Miranda Ramey, Chloe Lang, Wyatt Cook, Silas Cook and Maryann Ramey; and his great grandchildren, Oliver Schmidt, Andrew Schmidt and Anthony Ramey.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to diabetes research organizations, such as the American Diabetes Association, PO Box 7023, Merrifield, VA 22116-7023.
