He is survived by: his wife Joan Carol Meneffee Fisher; his sons, David S. Fisher (Diahann) of North Carolina and Jeffrey T. Fisher (Deanna) of Fairmont; his grandchildren, Tessa Blake, Tanner Woods, Andrew Fisher and Caitlyn Fisher; and his great grandchildren, Waylon and Nova.
