She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Cattafesta and Congetina Cattafesta; her husband James C. Jacobs; and her siblings, Nick Cattafesta (Evelyn), Gustie Cattafesta (Anna Virginia), John Cattafesta (Bea), Guy Cattafesta, Jimmy Cattafesta, Josephine Muto (Joe) and Cora Farrah (Norm).

She is survived by: her children, Pam Vincent (Mike) of Bunner Ridge, Kim Kime (Bill) of Bunner Ridge and Rick Jacobs (Lisa) of Thomaston, GA; her grandchildren, Christal Crouso (Denny), Patrick Vincent (Brittany), Mikell Adair (Chappy), Matt Kime (Kassie), Justin Kime (Sharon), Tyson Jacobs (Carolyn), Andrew Jacobs and Isabella Jacobs; her great grandchildren, Jacob Nuzum, Jackson Crouso, Charlotte Vincent, Mary Vincent, James Vincent, Foxx Adair, Finley Adair, Quinn Kime, Eva Kime and Kate Kime; her nephew Dave Farrah; and her pet Henry. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
