He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Freeman Kelley and Opal Arlean Shahan Kelley. He is survived by: his brother Gary Alan Kelley (Rebecca Jane) of Fairmont; his nieces, Erin Nicole King (Paul) and Valerie Dawn Mullinax (Brandon); and his friends, Josh and Tyler Thomas.

The family requests memorial contributions be made in Chester's memory to Shriners Hospitals for Children, Office of Development, 1645 W. 8th St., Erie, PA 16505.
