He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Nathan and Anna Mae Grottendeick Musgrove; his wife Mary M. Toland Musgrove; his stepsons, Wesley Kile and Clifford Helmick; and his granddaughters, Crystal Stevens and Morgan Skylar Dean.
He is survived by: his brother Thomas David Musgrove of Severna Park, MD; his children, Raina Musgrove Hill, Charles Richard Musgrove II and Richard Lee Musgrove; and his stepchildren, Billie Jo Glasscock, Tony Curtis Kile, J. D. Kile and Timothy Helmick. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
