He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. Snider and Flossie E. Gross Snider; his wife Patricia J. West Snider; and his siblings, Rebecca J. Riedeman and John R. Snider.
He is survived by: his children, Charles M. "Charlie" Snider Jr. (Bonnie) of Greensboro, GA, James E. "Eddie" Snider (Kathy) of Fairmont, Donald K. "Donnie" Snider (Erin) of Parkersburg and Sally Yost (Mike) of Fairmont; his grandchildren, Nathan Snider (Ashley), Kristen Snider Darke (Kevin Smith), Caitlin Chastain (Jon), Ryan Snider (Erica), Matthew Yost (Moesha), Shannon Yost, Sean Snider (Natali Rey), Sarah Snider, Christopher Yost (Casandra), Kate Snider and David Snider; and his brother George A. Snider Jr. (Martha) of Huntington. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
