Richards Gillespie of Fairmont, West Virginia, born in Bangor, Maine, who passed away on October 22, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Leon R. Richards; her great grandchild Bethany Sawitski; her brother Mark Richards; and her son Dustin Forsyth. She is survived by: her mother Jacqualine J. Richards; her husband Leonard C. Gillespie, Sr.; her children, Rachel Glaspell (Bradley) of Fairmont, Rebekah Anyanwu (Solomon) of Fairmont, Joy Huffman (Brandon) of Fairmont, Sarah Cleveland (Kevin) of Fairmont, Leonard Christopher Gillespie Jr. (Brooke) of Fairmont, David Forsyth, Katrina Forsyth and Chris Poling; and her brother Brian Richards (Rachel) of Fairmont. She is also survived by 19 Grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 26th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Apostolic Christian Temple (464 Viola Rd, Fairmont, WV 26554).
