Evans III; her granddaughter Corena Taylor Evans; her mother-in-law Annie Mae Pitts; her brother-in-law Judge Phrasel Shelton (Terry J. Davis); and her siblings, Oral Lee Elder, Norris Elder (Cynthia), Eugene Santionio Elder (Gladys), Lewis Clark and Evelyn Bailey (Barney).

She is survived by: her daughter Tracy Yvette Lewis; her stepchildren, Steven (Kristi), Caijsa and Marcus Lewis (Trisha); her grandchildren, Mercedes Lewis (Nurik) and Brazz P. Evans IV; her stepgrandchildren, Naomi, Anna, Samuel of Alaska, Julia, Avery and Astrid of Georgia; her great grandchild Deniza Beverly of London; her sisters, Linda Elder Davis and Tommie Louise Barker of Georgia; her sisters-in-law, Merylee Shelton, Charla Shelton and Leslie Elder of California; her cousin Equalin Murphy; and her nieces and nephews, Tara, Tibeius, Tyrannus and Henry.
