Shuman of Fairmont, West Virginia, born in Grafton, West Virginia, who passed away on October 12, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fay McVicker and Bonnie McVicker (Watson); and her brothers, Ronald McWilliams and David McWilliams. She is survived by: her husband Robert Shuman; her son Robert Kevin Shuman of Fairmont; her granddaughter Abby Shuman of Fairmont; and her siblings, Mary Phillips Cauffiel (Dick) of Grafton, Roy McVicker of North Carolina and Vonda Wheeling of North Carolina.
Because of her love of animals, Betty has requested that in lieu of flowers, that donations be made to the Marion County Humane Society.
