She was predeceased by: her parents, William Nichols and Ethel M. DeVault Nichols; her husband Harry Otto Offutt; her children, Harry William Offutt and Lydia Dianne Offutt; and her siblings, Dorsey W. Nichols, Raymond C. Nichols, Harold Nichols and Janet Morrison.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Offutt and Donald Offutt (Mary); her grandchildren, Jason Offutt (Lara), Robert Offutt, Rich Fancher and Julie Offutt; her great grandchildren, Jonathan, Dakota Fancher, Kyleigh and Zoey Fridly; and her siblings, Fred L. Nichols and Patricia L. Belknap.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to Ford Funeral Home, 201 Columbia St., Fairmont, WV 26554, to assist with final expenses.
