Pulice Jr. of Phoenix, AZ; her grandchildren, Nick Pulice of Phoenix, AZ, Stephanie Harris of Fairmont, Coley Amos of Phoenix, AZ, Travis Goetz of Rancho Cucamonga, CA, Alexys Pulice of Fairmont, Anna Goetz of Rancho Cucamonga, CA and Samantha Mukavetz of Surprise, AZ; and her great grandchildren, Mason Harris, Logan Pulice, Kaiser Vogt and Riley Mukavetz.
