Cook III (Staci) of Fairmont; her grandsons, Robert T. Cook IV of Morgantown and Dane Michael Cook of Fairmont; her great grandchild Jeremiah Cook of Morgantown; her sisters, Linda Lanham (Timmy) of Owings and Karen Waddell (Robert) of Shinnston; her niece Hailey Ball of Fairmont; and her pet Gambit. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces and nephews.
