It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Plaugher (Fairmont, West Virginia), who passed away on September 23, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Authur William Thompson and Patricia Merle Thompson of Covington, VA.; her husband Stanford Lee Plaugher; and her children, Charles Richard Ramsey of Cabool, MO, Julie Ramsey Honaker, Steven Shane Ramsey of Dunbar, WV and Stanley William Plaugher of Denver, CO.. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
