She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Skaggs and Elsie Skaggs (Leo Roy Forth). She is survived by: her sons, Charles Forth (Natalie), Richard Forth of Decatur Texas and Michael Forth of Georga; and her close friend VeLinda Korbut. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
