She is survived by: her husband James Rowe; her sons, Scott Rowe and Kevin Rowe (Becky); her grandchildren, Caleb Rowe, Mason Rowe and Guerin Rowe; her siblings, Patty Cox and Anthony Utzie (Laura); her sister-in-law Jean (Stanley Biafore); her nieces and nephews, Tricia Winkler, Casey Cox, Michael Harris, Sydni Winkler, TJ Winkler, Kim Taylor (Dave), Allison Ferrell (Chris), Stanley Biafore, Reghan Winkler and Kelly Biafore; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Matt, Brett Taylor, Isabella and Juliana Ferrell.
