She was predeceased by: her parent John Tork; and her husband Joseph D. Amendolea. She is survived by: her parent Ernestine D'Andrea Tork; her children, Gregory Amendolea of Fairmont and Nancy Vincent of Mannington; her grandchildren, Natalie Michael, John Richard Shaffer, Nicola Amendolea and D'Andrea Amendolea; her great grandchildren, Jena Michael, Isaiah Amendolea, Addy Shaffer, Johnny Carter Shaffer and Noah Waites; and her nieces and nephews, Judy Tork, Giovanna Lynch, John Richard Spatafore, Mimmie Angeline and Ralph Spatafore.
