Kathleen Roberts Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Roberts of Fairdale, West Virginia, born in Matewan, West Virginia, who passed away on September 20, 2021, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Stafford and Martha Garner Stafford; her husband Rev. Henry Edward Roberts Jr.; her sons, Sidney Edward Roberts, Douglas Ray Roberts and Harold Danny Roberts; her siblings, Fred Stafford Jr., Bertha Staten, Thelma Walker, Olive Murphy, Mildred Tipton, Eloise Harmon, Beulah Walker, Geraldine Baisden and Flo Adkins; and her grandchild Jamie Roberts.
She is survived by: her daughter Leta; and her sister Eva Herndon of Switzer. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family asks that those attending the services and visitation, to please wear a facial covering and to practice social distancing.
