It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Edwin Hooton of Exchange, West Virginia, who passed away on May 20, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his former wife Margaret "Pat" Hooton; his son Gregory Lee Hooton; his granddaughter Sara Lyn Gray; his brother Robert Hooton; and his nephew Chuck Hooton.

He is survived by: his daughters, Kris Lowe (Ron), Georgia and Karen Newbrough (Chris); his grandchildren, Justin Newbrough, Cory Newbrough (Olivia), Emily Price (Chris) and Patrick Gray (Meredith); his great grandchildren, Bo, Caroline Price, Nolan and Maren Gray; and his 2nd wife and caretaker Stashia W. Postek Hooten. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
