He was predeceased by: his parents, Vinton O. Huffman and Audrey Kimble Huffman; his siblings, Wellington V. "Bud" Huffman and Audrey "Billie" King; and his great grandchild Riley Huffman.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Stewart Huffman; his children, James K. Huffman, Timothy S. Huffman (Trisha Gregory) and Vicky L. Murphy (Keith Shaver); his grandchildren, Amy Lynn McFaul (Timothy), James K. Huffman II (Tabatha), Brandon J. Huffman (Rachael), Tiffani L. Huffman (Katie), Jessica L. Tanner (Kevin) and Jacob L. Murphy; his great grandchildren, Katelynn, Robert, Timmy, Mary McFaul, Carson, Wyatt, Levi Huffman, Blakely, Beckett Huffman, Kylan Ford, Jaycee, Kade and Jaxon Tanner; and his sister Dena Jane Kelly of Baltimore. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
