It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ray Helmick of Exchange, West Virginia, who passed away on June 17, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Wheat" Helmick and Prude McCord Helmick; and his brothers, Carl Junior Helmick and Franklin Helmick. He is survived by: his wife Noretta King Helmick; his children, Billy Ray Helmick (Heather Nuzum) of Burnsville, Donna Helmick Sears (Michall) of Little Birch and Virginia Helmick of Barboursville; his siblings, Harry Helmick (Minney), Larry Helmick and Hazel Boggs; his sister-in-law Nina King; and his grandchildren, Carlee Nichelle Mays, Aidan Anthony Carter and Kaiden Ray Sears.
