He is survived by: his mother Virginia Louise Metheny Jack; his brothers, Walter Lane Jack and David Lynn Jack, Sr.; his nephews, David Lynn, Jack, Jr. and Henry; his stepchildren, Danny Brent Vaughan (Nina) of Flatwoods, WV, Jan Lynn Vaughan (Dawn Wanzo) of Belpre, OH and Brenda Lee Vaughan of Exchange, WV; his grandchildren, Danny Brent Vaughan, Jr. (Amanda), Dustin Lee Vaughan (Julie), Nina Cassandra Vaughan (Josh Daugherty), Tabatha Nicole Huffman (Jimmy), Kenneth Tyler Bookheimer, Taylor Danielle Bookheimer and Gabrielle Mackenzie Graham (Oscar Pineda); his great grandchildren, Noah Lee, Connor Michael Vaughan, Jeremiah Alexander, Emmaleigh Christine Miller, Haylee Grace Vaughan, Carson Hays, Wyatt Clark, Levi Kimble and Piper Jade Allen; his sisters, Jo Ellen Smith (Erman) and Lou Ann Gaines (Lloyd); and his niece Karen Abraham (Dale). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
