It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlene Rose Belknap (Exchange, West Virginia), born in Cambridge, Ohio, who passed away on May 17, 2019, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Hoopingarner and Anna Marie Lawrence Hoopingarner; her husband Wendell Belknap; and her siblings, David Hoopingarner, Carl Hoopingarner, Ramone Hoopingarner, Jr., Wanda "Peach" Elrod, Kate Murdick, Mary Ann Hoopingarner and Jeanie Rumback.
She is survived by: her daughter Wendy Snodgrass of Sutton; her grandchildren, Timothy P. Bostic II, Branden B. Bostic, Cody A. Bostic and Sierra M. Burge; her great grandchildren, Timothy P. Bostic III, Mallory Joy Bostic, Tucker B. Bostic, Max Bostic, Ford Lawson Bostic and Emberly Eloise Bostic; her brother John Hoopingarner of Cambridge, Ohio; and her nephew Ramone Hoopingarner.
