It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosetta Gertrude Frymyer Phillips of Evans, West Virginia, born in Morgantown, West Virginia, who passed away on January 20, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Willard Frymyer and Rosetta Belle Beckett Frymyer; her husband Charles Thomas Phillips; her children, Dessie Darlene Phillips, Debra Ann Jones and Charles Phillips; her siblings, Otis, James, Paul Frymyer, Freda Mae, Macel and Grace; and her grandson Thomas Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Marie Turley of Ripley and Larry Phillips (Linda) of Hambleton; and her sisters, Mary Katherine Savage and Louise Waybright. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and especially her great-grandchildren.
