He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dr. Robert Meek, Jr. and Carolyn Meek. He is survived by: his parents, Robert Hopper and Kara Hopper; his sister Lauren Hopper; his grandparents, Roy Lee and Donna Hopper; his uncles, Ronald (Kim Hopper), David (Crystal Hopper), Robert (Parabh Meek) and Andrew (Tara Meek); and his aunt Valerie (David Long). He is also survived by great aunts and uncles, cousins, friends, and family pets.

I wish I would’ve took more initiative to know him more but he was so smart, nice, and always just a goof ball. I hope you guys eventually come to peace and realize you will see him again. I recently lost my big sister and she was 19 also. I promise with time everything does get easier. Always remember that you have your family and that Wesley is watching over you.”
