He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Teagarden and Betty Rice Teagarden; his son Raymond Lee Teagarden; his granddaughter Loretta Rae Teagarden; and his sisters, Rita Powell, Loretta Hibbs and Ethel Teagarden.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Vickie" Little Teagarden of Mannington; his children, Christopher Teagarden of Mannington, Michele Simons (Kyle) of Morgantown and Patricia Jenkins (Noah) of Mannington; his brother Delbert Conley (Becky Higginbotham) of Rymer; and his mother-in-law Elizabeth Little of Smithfield, WV.. He is also survived by 10 granddaughters and two great-grandsons.
