Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Donna Lee Williams of Evans, West Virginia, who passed away at the age of 86, on February 2, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, C. Hall Primm and Lorena Primm (Smith); and her brothers, Charles (Ethel), Olin and Loren Primm.

She is survived by: her husband Paul O. Williams; her son Phillip O. (Kelli) of Evans; her grandchildren, Drew Foutty (Alesha) of Sissonville, Brienne Roush (Joshua) of Evans, Perri Williams of Gardiner, ME and Tucker Williams of Evans; her great grandchildren, Hayden, Elias and Sophia Roush; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Primm of Virginia and Ruth Ann Primm. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and a large extended family.

Due to COVID and the vulnerability of many family members, there will be a walk-through visitation for the public on Saturday, February 6th from 9:00 a. m. to noon at McCullough Rogers Funeral Home in Pennsboro.
