He is survived by: his wife Linda; his siblings, Frank Russell of Shelbyville, IN, Wanda Wood of Charleston, WV and Janette Russell of Cincinnati, OH; his daughter Monnie Kay Russell of Eskdale; his daughter-in-law Tracy Castle of Eskdale; and his great grandchild Oscar "Tootie" Castle of Charleston, WV. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
